The TFGi Endgame is able to integrate into the structure of the tobacco prevention mechanism (through mass education of the young ones) in any society, enhance and/or facilitate the political will, and lastly, provide the impetus for society as a whole, to accept and implement the change.

Announcing that a country aims to achieve a ~ 5% smoking prevalence is not an endgame but an aspiration because such announcements lack implementation details at the top and on the ground.
